Fujian Xin Feng Technology Co., Ltd. was registered in 2013. Our production base is located in Xingtai Industrial Park, Changtai District, Zhangzhou City, adjacent to Xiamen. Which covers an area of 84,004㎡, with fixed-asset investments exceeding RMB 300 million. We currently have over 1,500 staff, including more than 200 experienced and skilled professional technicians and R&D personnel. Our company's production capacity and business scale rank among the top in the industry. We specializes in the batch processing and production of various precision hardware components and aspherical optical glass lenses, focusing on high-precision and high-value-added fields such as smart vehicles and smartphone cameras. We offers integrated services including product development and design, precision CNC machining, surface treatment, and high-precision inspection. Also provides customers with a wide range of precision optical structural components, such as lens barrels, spacer rings, and pressure rings, and can quickly respond to customers' product development and manufacturing needs. Our main processed products include components for automobiles, electrical appliances, plastic inserts, medical devices, instruments, and meters, as well as optical parts such as automotive and smartphone camera lenses and aspherical optical glass lenses. Since its establishment, we have been providing professional precision hardware component processing services for renowned domestic and international automotive and smartphone manufacturers.
Over the years, We have deeply engaged in the field of precision machining, continuously upgrading and improving production equipment and process technology, and enhancing the level of automation to increase production efficiency and product quality. Currently, we have achieved industry-leading process capabilities, with product machining accuracy reaching ±1 micron. Our "High-Precision Lens Barrel Component Surface Oxidation Resistance Technology" won the third prize in the provincial finals of the 7th "Chuangke China" Fujian SME Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition & the 5th "Chuang Xiang Fujian" Competition, as well as the second prize in the Zhangzhou division, demonstrating excellent technological innovation capabilities and highlighting the company's outstanding technical expertise and creativity in the field of precision machining.
Our factory are equipped with advanced precision production machinery, including over 2,000 units such as CNC precision lathes (Japan's Miyano, Tsugami, SATR, Citizen), CNC machining centers, automatic lathes, laser marking machines, and stamping and mold equipment. It also possesses high-precision inspection instruments, such as vision measuring machines, CMMs, flash measuring instruments, automatic detectors, microscopes, spectrometers, precision height gauges (Japan's Mitutoyo), and high-precision micrometers.
