As the last quality checkpoint before delivery, the finished product final inspection process strictly implements multi-dimensional testing standards to ensure that all mass-produced parts fully meet customer drawings, technical specifications and industry quality standards before leaving the factory. We have built a three-level inspection system of "full inspection of key items + sampling inspection of conventional items + performance spot check", strictly intercepting unqualified products inside the factory.
Standardized inspection system: Implemented in accordance with IATF 16949 automotive quality requirements and ISO 9001 quality specifications. For high-precision products such as automotive camera lens barrels and optical lenses, 100% full inspection is adopted for key dimensions and appearance; for conventional hardware parts, sampling inspection is carried out in strict accordance with international AQL standards, and custom inspection rules are supported.
Multi-dimensional inspection items: Covering high-precision dimensional testing (inner hole, outer diameter, concentricity, flatness, etc.), appearance and surface quality screening (burrs, scratches, coating uniformity, etc.), material performance sampling (hardness, corrosion resistance, etc.), and optical performance testing for lens products (surface shape, transmittance, imaging quality, etc.).
High-precision testing equipment: Equipped with three-coordinate measuring machine (CMM), 2D image measuring instrument, surface roughness tester, hardness tester, optical interferometer, air tightness tester and other complete testing equipment to ensure accurate and reliable inspection data.
