Relying on a full set of imported CNC machining equipment and a standardized production management system, we provide high-precision machining services for various precision hardware and optical lens products. The whole production process is controlled in strict accordance with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards, covering the whole process from raw material incoming inspection, CNC finishing, surface treatment to semi-finished product inspection, so as to ensure that each batch of products meets the drawing tolerance and use requirements.
High-precision machining capability: Equipped with multi-axis CNC machining centers, high-precision lathes, milling machines, grinding machines and other equipment, the minimum machining tolerance can reach ±1μm, which can meet the ultra-high precision requirements of automotive ADAS camera parts, smartphone camera structural parts and other products.
Full in-house production chain: From raw material blanking, precision machining, deburring, anodizing, electroplating to optical lens grinding and polishing, all core processes are completed independently in the factory, which effectively controls the production cycle and quality stability, and avoids quality risks caused by outsourcing.
Production process quality control: Implement the first article inspection, patrol inspection and self-inspection mechanism. Each process is handed over after passing the inspection, and key dimensions are recorded and filed in real time to realize full traceability of production data.
Stable mass production capacity: With a large-scale production base of 84,000 ㎡ and more than 1,500 skilled workers, we can stably undertake large-scale mass production orders of automotive and consumer electronics customers, and flexibly adjust the production plan according to the customer's delivery schedule.
