As the starting point of the whole production chain, our customer requirement alignment process strictly follows the IATF 16949 quality management framework. A dedicated project engineer and business team will be assigned for each customer to conduct in-depth docking around product drawings, tolerance standards, material requirements, surface treatment, mass production schedule and cost expectations, so as to fully sort out core demands and potential technical risks at the initial stage of the project.
Professional DFM feasibility analysis: Our technical team will conduct manufacturability evaluation based on customer drawings, put forward optimized suggestions for structure, process and tolerance design on the premise of meeting functional requirements, help customers reduce unnecessary production costs and shorten the proofing cycle.
Full specification confirmation and archiving: All technical parameters, acceptance criteria, delivery terms and special requirements will be formed into standardized project documents, which will be confirmed by both parties and filed synchronously with the production and quality control departments to ensure zero deviation in the transmission of requirements in each link.
Pre-sample verification mechanism: For customized products, we will provide pre-production samples for customer testing and confirmation before mass production, and adjust parameters in time according to feedback, so as to avoid batch deviation after mass production.
Closed-loop demand update mechanism: In the process of mass production, if customers have demand adjustment, we will start the change control process at the first time, synchronously update the production plan and quality inspection standards, and notify all relevant links to ensure orderly switching.
